‘Lulu’ retro-styled bra, brief and 6-strap suspender belt by What Katie Did. This baby is heavy-duty lingerie. Original 50’s style cuts in thick, quality fabrics that really hold everything up and in. Bra gives a legit ‘sweater girl’ effect without being as pointy as WKD’s other bullet bra’s. The 6-strap suspender is amazing, those stockings aren’t moving anywhere. WKD does the best retro replica underwear out there. This definitely goes best under vintage/vintage-styled clothes though due to the fact is does what it’s supposed to- create a true structured 50’s silhouette, which is fantastic if thats what you want, but not so versatile for say, an everyday modern outfit. 8/10.

I’m really happy with how they turned out! Here are some of them.

In the previous post the probem of conforming yourself to the cups of a vintage bra was addressed. In this case gravity is your friend.
The solution:
-Put your arms through the straps up to your elbows.
-Bend over at the waist and give your shoulders a shake.
-Position the cups and fasten the back while bent over.
The instructional video from What Katie Did may not be safe for work, not because of any exposed naughty bits or foul language but because of the sheer hotness of the instructor.
